Each plan sets a ceiling on six things. Enterprise limits are unlimited except for a fair-use cap on actions.

Autonomy levels run from L0 to L5. A workflow earns its level on evidence, so a higher ceiling is room to grow, not a setting you switch on.

Plans are sized by how much work you govern and how many actions pass through the gate.

Governed outcome

Preview: implemented, not yet proven in production

A piece of work you have put under rules.

A workflow with a purpose, such as “match supplier invoices to purchase orders”, together with its agents, tools, rules and autonomy level. Each outcome earns its own level on evidence. Your plan caps how many you govern at once.

Governed action

One thing an agent asks to do.

A tool call, a data read or a model call that goes through RatifAIGate. Each one gets a policy decision before it runs. Your plan sets a monthly fair-use ceiling on how many.

Pricing questions

Before you ask.

How are paid plans billed?
Annually, in US dollars. Team is $10,000 a year; Business and Enterprise are quoted individually. Your quote confirms the final amount.
We are in India. Can we be invoiced in rupees, and how does GST work?
Tell us you are invoiced from India when you request access, and we will confirm the currency and tax treatment, including GST, in your quote. We do not publish rupee prices or tax figures on this page. For questions about invoicing, write to asoni15@neurynae.com.
Where does it run on each plan?
The same way on every plan: we host the control plane and you run the data plane, so your credentials and raw data stay in your environment. For a single developer, a local sidecar counts as the data plane.
Why is the free plan observe-only?
Because the first useful thing to do is see what your agents already do. Developer’s autonomy ceiling is L0, Observe Only. The higher ceilings that let a workflow act with approval, or on its own, come with the paid plans.
Do we have to block anything to get started?
No. Observe mode records every decision and blocks nothing. Actions are blocked only after you switch a workspace to enforce.
Is there a plan for a very large organization?
Enterprise has no fixed price and no fixed limits beyond a fair-use cap on monthly actions. It is set by contract, so talk to us.
