How Neurynae handles personal data across its public websites, business communications and RatifAIGate services.

Neurynae Private Limited · Version 1.1 · Last updated 9 October 2026

01Who this Policy is from

This Privacy Policy explains how Neurynae Private Limited, an Indian private limited company having its registered office at Pakariyo, Chanho, Ranchi- 835214, Jharkhand (“Neurynae”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal data when you visit https://neurynae.com/ or https://ratifaigate.neurynae.com/, create or use a RatifAIGate account, contact us, request access or a demonstration, subscribe to updates, seek support, or interact with our forms, emails, integrations, or other services.

02What this Policy covers

This Policy covers personal data handled through Neurynae's public website, RatifAIGate accounts, product administration, support, sales, billing contacts, and direct business communications. It does not replace a Customer's own privacy notice or the DPA that applies when Neurynae processes Customer Data on a Customer's behalf.

This Policy does not govern applicant or employee data, or a third party's independent processing merely because its site or service is linked from Neurynae's website. RatifAIGate helps businesses monitor, observe, and orchestrate agentic-AI work toward business outcomes; the exact data boundary depends on the deployment and integration selected by the Customer.

03The roles Neurynae may have

For account, business-contact, support, billing, website, security, and service-operation data, Neurynae generally determines the purpose and means of processing and may act as a Data Fiduciary or equivalent role under applicable law.

For personal data contained in Customer Data, the Customer generally determines the purpose and means of processing and Neurynae acts as a Data Processor or equivalent service provider under the Customer's documented instructions. The applicable Order Form and DPA control the Customer Data role, permitted processing, security, subprocessors, incidents, international transfers, retention, export, and deletion.

04Personal data we may handle

Depending on the feature used and the information provided, we may handle:

  • Business contact data: name, work email, job title, organisation, phone number, correspondence, and professional profile information.
  • Account and access data: login identifier, role, workspace, permissions, authentication and recovery records, and account preferences.
  • Customer administration and billing data: organisation details, billing address, tax or GST details, invoices, payment status, and subscription records.
  • Product and security telemetry: IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, feature use, API activity, error reports, audit events, and security logs.
  • Support and communication data: messages, attachments, meeting details, support history, survey responses, and communication preferences.
  • Customer Data and metadata: configurations, prompts, instructions, logs, outputs, metadata, or enterprise information submitted through an enabled feature or integration.
  • Cookie and similar-technology data according to the technology enabled on the website or Service.

05How we receive data

  • Directly from you when you create an Account, contact us, use a form, request support, or attend a demonstration.
  • From your organisation or its administrator when you are an authorised user.
  • From integrations or providers supporting authentication, billing, communications, hosting, security, analytics, or support.
  • Automatically from your device or browser when you use the website or Services.
  • From public, business, or professional sources where permitted by law and relevant to a business interaction.

05aRequesting access on this website

When you request access to RatifAIGate on https://ratifaigate.neurynae.com/, we collect your name, work email address and company, and any optional answers you choose to give about your role, team size, the AI agents you use, your priorities, your preferred deployment, your timeline, how you heard about us and any note you add. We also record your consent and when you gave it, the page and campaign tags that brought you to the site, your browser user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit repeated or automated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.

We use this information to review your request, contact you about it, and decide whether and how to offer you access. The request is stored in a database operated for us by Supabase, the notification and confirmation emails are delivered by Resend, the form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the website is hosted on Cloudflare. You can ask us to delete your request at any time by writing to asoni15@neurynae.com.

06Why we use data

Neurynae will not sell personal data. Neurynae will not use, or permit an AI provider to use, identifiable Customer Data to train a general-purpose model. Exceptional Customer-requested processing requires separate written specifications and appropriate legal, privacy, provider, and security controls.

  • Provide, authenticate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the website and Services.
  • Create and administer Accounts, workspaces, roles, permissions, subscriptions, invoices, and service notices.
  • Respond to enquiries, demonstrations, support requests, and business communications.
  • Measure reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, and enforce agreements.
  • Operate, test, improve, and develop the Services using aggregated or de-identified information.
  • Comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, accounting and tax requirements, and dispute or fraud-prevention needs.
  • Send marketing communications where permitted, with the required consent or choice, and with an unsubscribe mechanism.

07Customer Data and AI-assisted processing

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it may provide Customer Data to Neurynae and for giving required notices and obtaining required permissions from individuals. Neurynae will process Customer Data only as described in the applicable Order Form, DPA, Documentation, and documented instructions.

RatifAIGate may generate observations, classifications, recommendations, summaries, alerts, evaluations, or other outputs using automated or AI-assisted functions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers must independently review outputs and remain responsible for business decisions and downstream actions.

08Legal grounds and applicable Indian law

Neurynae processes personal data only for a lawful and necessary purpose and on a basis permitted by applicable law, including valid consent or another legally permitted use. Where consent is used, the relevant collection notice will explain the data, purpose, intended recipients, collecting and retaining entity, withdrawal route, and consequences of not providing or withdrawing the data.

India's privacy framework is in transition. Neurynae will update its notices, consent design, rights process, and contracts as provisions become applicable. This transition statement does not postpone any obligation already applicable under another law, contract, or regulatory direction.

09When we disclose data

  • Hosting, infrastructure, database, security, monitoring, analytics, communications, payment, support, identity, and professional-service providers that help operate the business.
  • The Customer's administrators and authorised users, according to their permissions and the Customer's instructions.
  • Affiliates or a successor in a restructuring, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to confidentiality and legal safeguards.
  • Courts, regulators, government bodies, law-enforcement agencies, auditors, or advisers where required or permitted by law.
  • Other persons with your direction or consent.

10International processing and transfers

Neurynae may use providers or support personnel located outside India for the website or Services only after the relevant transfer is verified. Before enabling a transfer, Neurynae will identify the countries, data categories, purpose, role, contractual safeguards, and any applicable restriction. A Customer's DPA or Order Form may impose stricter location or transfer requirements.

11Retention and deletion

Neurynae retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the identified purpose, the customer relationship, security and fraud prevention, legal and accounting obligations, incident reporting and log preservation, dispute handling, and backup or business-continuity processes. Retention is governed by an internal retention schedule and, for Customer Data, the applicable Order Form or DPA.

Neurynae may delete, anonymise, or securely isolate data when the retention period ends. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove data from access-restricted backups, which expire under the verified backup schedule.

12Security

Neurynae will use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk and the Services, including access controls, least privilege, authentication, logging, backup, confidentiality obligations, and incident-response procedures appropriate to the systems actually operated. Neurynae will not describe a specific certification, encryption method, penetration-test result, or security feature unless it has been verified and is current.

If you suspect a security incident or have exposed credentials, contact support@neurynae.com promptly and do not include passwords or secrets in the report.

13Rights, choices, and requests

Depending on applicable law and the role in which Neurynae processes data, an individual may have rights or choices relating to information about processing, review or access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, withdrawal of consent, marketing preferences, or nomination. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful and may prevent Neurynae from providing a feature that genuinely requires the data.

Requests may be sent to asoni15@neurynae.com with enough information to verify and respond safely. Neurynae may ask for proportionate verification and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law.

14Cookies and similar technologies

The website and Services may use essential technologies needed for security, authentication, session continuity, preferences, and service operation. Neurynae may use analytics or product-usage technologies only after verifying the tool, purpose, data recipient, duration, and any required consent or preference mechanism.

This RatifAIGate website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. The request-access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic; Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser and network for that purpose under Cloudflare’s own terms. The form also keeps your unsent answers in your browser’s session storage so they are not lost if you reload the page; they are cleared when you submit or close the tab.

15Marketing communications

Neurynae may send service, security, billing, and account communications that are necessary to operate the relationship. Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and will include a reasonable unsubscribe or preference mechanism. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential service communications.

16Children

RatifAIGate is intended for business users and is not directed at children. Neurynae does not knowingly collect children's data through an ordinary business sign-up.

17Third-party links and services

The website or Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review third-party terms and permissions before enabling an integration, especially where it can read, copy, or transmit Customer Data.

18Changes to this Policy

Neurynae may update this Policy to reflect changes in the business, product, law, vendors, or data practices. We will post the revised version with a new Last updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
